We can always learn more!

Our office recently
went on a trip!
We are always learning new information
to help us be the best we can be for our patients!
Our trip was three days. We learned about treating our patients with respect and showing them that we appreciate

them.

My favorite story that I heard was about a man who owns ice cream/sandwich shops. One of his customers always wanted an extra pickle with his sandwich. On one occasion when he asked for the pickle the lady at the counter told him he would have to pay for the extra pickle. He was very upset. He wrote to the owner and complained. He said, "I have come to your establishment for many years, and have always had a great experience. Every time I get a sandwich, and ask for an extra pickle, they always give me an extra pickle. The last time I got a sandwich and asked for an extra pickle and the lady said I would have to pay for it. I want you to know, if this is the way things are going to be, I will not be back."
Well, the man who owned the shop was not happy.
He said to his staff,
"Give him the pickle!!".
He taught all of us, that going the extra mile and serving our patients with a smile is very important! We already knew it, but it was such a great reminder!

We love what we do and we try to show that in our work, and in how we treat our patients!
